Maintenance Technical Lead - PSP
The Maintenance Technical Lead responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Plan, coordinate, prioritize, assign, supervise, implement and review maintenance and test set up activities in an automotive testing facility
- Oversee and direct the activities of a multi-trade crew to complete required tasks in a safe and timely manner.
- Comply with the collective bargaining agreement, Canadian Electrical Code, TSSA, corporate policies and other applicable regulations in the organization and execution of maintenance activities.
- Develop procedures and make improvements to existing.
- Troubleshoot automated testing system issues and determine corrective actions
- Manage aspects of environmental health and safety conformance
- Oversee a preventative maintenance program for automotive testing equipment and facilities
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and workforce availability
- Maintain accurate hourly timekeeping records, vacation and time off requests
- Develop scope of work for maintenance contracts
- Perform environmental inspections and coordinate waste pickups.
- Procure parts, material and rentals required to complete tasks
- Track data for performance measurable such as Preventative Maintenance task completion, Work Orders, man hours, overtime, etc.
- Maintain good supplier / customer relations with internal customers and outside suppliers
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment
