Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structural solutions for commercial, institutional and multi‑unit residential buildings across Kelowna and Kamloops.
• Collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient and innovative designs.
• Apply advanced analysis and modelling tools to optimize structural performance and sustainability.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Contribute to projects that improve community resilience and meet evolving building codes and standards.
• Support construction phases with technical guidance and problem‑solving expertise.

Expected Salary (all locations) : $93,400 to $128,500

WSP Canada is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it will pay for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to the specific geographic location.
