Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Contract Position

Location : Milford, DE

Duration : 6-14 weeks (flexible choice)

Hourly Rate : $35 / hour

Shifts Available : All shifts

Schedule : 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor resident health status and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Assist with the implementation of care plans and ensure residents' needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments, treatments, and observations.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.

Requirements :

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Delaware.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
