Senior Recruitment Associate - IT / Technology @ Highspring

About the Role

We are looking for talented Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on modern frameworks and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using .NET for back-end services.
Build responsive and interactive user interfaces with Angular or React .
Integrate applications with Azure cloud services for deployment and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in C# / .NET for back-end development.

Hands‑on experience with Angular or React for front‑end development.

Familiarity with Azure services and cloud‑based architectures.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and version control (Git).

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of microservices architecture.
