Agilus is recruiting for many Bilingual Inside Sales Representatives in the Financial Services Industry in Montreal, Quebec.

Accountabilities:

• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Deepen relationships with existing customers by uncovering their requirements, issues, needs and providing relevant solutions
• Introduce the company brand, products and services to prospective customers
• Work to achieve sales quotas and financial targets

Successful candidates will have:

• Proven performance in a sales and/or service capacity
• Ability to connect with customers and prospects to match products and services
• A hunger for success and comfort with sales quotas
• High level of enthusiasm and energy
• full Bilingual (French/English) skill set

Total rewards:

• $20.00 hourly
• Base salary + extremely competitive commission model (Average performers make $2500 per month in commission)
• Ability to control your earnings through monthly bonuses, contests and other financial incentives
