My not for profit Vancouver based client is seeking a Grant Manager (Bilingual French) for their expanding team. This role can be one hundred percent remote or based in office is this person prefers. As the Grant Manager and Client Support Manager you will report directly to the Director. As the Grant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the team to ensure the needs of the clients are met and their problems resolved. Leveraging company program knowledge and grant management procedures, the Grant Manger will develop and enforce optimal service standards and templates. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team, setting KPIs, ensure proper training and business processes, work closely with key stakeholders, align with Client Success Director.

• Fully bilingual (English and French)
• 3 plus years in a senior contributor role
• Superior written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated and able to drive and balance a team
• Ideally previous grant management or membership experience
• Previous experience working in an academic environment
