We are currently looking for a Full Service Operator / Delivery Driver to join our team. If you are passionate about providing excellent service, enjoy coffee, and like being on the road, we would love to hear from you!

We are seeking an agile, reliable, outgoing individual to join our team of coffee experts. Our full-service offering consists of regular visits to client locations to deliver and service their coffee stations. The Full-Service Operator / Delivery Driver will provide exceptional customer service by managing and delivering customer orders in a timely fashion. The candidate is a dependable, attentive person who will have a crucial role in the satisfaction of our customers and will act as a brand ambassador when visiting clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers and scheduled locations, ensuring timely service
• Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial clients
• Handle merchandise and equipment with care, ensuring their proper storage and transportation
• Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure that truck / vehicle is properly loaded with all products required to properly service all scheduled deliveries
• Unload requested products at delivery site
• Collect empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise
• Control and stock inventory at client locations to par level
• Clean and maintain on-site coffee machines
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize delivery routes
• Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while representing the company professionally and handling product and equipment
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized (perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections)
