We are selectively adding onesenior, commercial-focused Lead Technician. This role is designed for a technician who already knows how to do the work properly — and wants autonomy, respect, and compensation that reflects real capability.

This isnota volume-driven residential role. It is for someone trusted to diagnose, decide, and execute without micromanagement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Commercial installation, service, and troubleshooting of :
• Commercial operators and automation systems
• Gate operators and access control equipment
• Independent diagnosis of mechanical and electrical issues
• Applying strong problem-solving and judgment in the field
• Maintaining high workmanship, safety, and documentation standards
• Mentoring helpers when assigned
• Occasional after-hours or urgent call-outs (rotational, not frequent)

Rolling steel experience is an asset, not a requirement.

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : $38.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours : 40-45 per week.
