Base pay range : CA$35.00 / hr - CA$37.00 / hr

Overview : Seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to support Gas, Liquids, and Power projects. The role focuses on document control, records turnover, and asset data tracking across the project lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely handover to business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver document control and records turnover services across project phases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliant and timely record turnover.
• Audit project records, validate asset data, and manage metadata.
• Identify and resolve documentation and data gaps independently across multiple projects.
• Interpret project requirements and ensure compliance with lifecycle and turnover standards.
• Recommend process improvements and support teams using tools such as SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and Bluebeam.
