Process Lead- FCCM ECM Developer

Position Title- Oracle FCCM ECM Developer

Location- Toronto, ON

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle FCCM ECM Developer with deep, hands-on experience in end-to-end customization of the Oracle FCCM Enterprise Case Management (ECM) module. This role is focused on designing, developing, and implementing product-level customizations, effectively replacing work traditionally delivered by Oracle Professional Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation combined with functional AML awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify ECM workflows to meet business and regulatory requirements
• Build and customize ECM UI components to enhance usability and operational efficiency
• Perform product customizations using the Oracle Assembly Framework
• Integrate ECM workflows with downstream and upstream systems (e.g., Transaction Monitoring, reporting, external tools)
• Implement configuration and customization changes across the full development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
• Analyze and optimize ECM processes to improve case handling and investigation efficiency
• Collaborate with AML, compliance, and technology teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions
• Support solution validation, UAT, and regulatory or audit reviews related to ECM customizations
