Store Team Leader – full-time, full responsibility for daily operations.

YOUR ROLE

Your Responsibilities

• Drive results : sales, store productivity, guest loyalty, owning the business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Business innovator : analyze reports and trends, make real-time decisions to achieve financial goals.
• People leader : recruit, hire, retain high performers; advocate development; succession planning; leadership training; performance reviews.
• Teamwork champion : culture, goals, accountability, daily recognition.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards : visual merchandising, floorsets, replenishment, guest-ready store.
• Workforce management : schedule adjustments, business needs, payroll checks, talent leverage.
• Integrity : compensation decisions, audit / shrink results, policies, always do the right thing.
