About the role
We’re looking for a Claims Representative III, Accident Benefits, Dispute Management Team to join our growing team!
This is a 12-month secondment / contract opportunity.
As a Claims Representative Level III, your work will have a big impact within the Dispute Management Team as you oversee disputes on Accident Benefit files. The successful candidate will have experience in handling accident benefits claims and possess a strong understanding of current and past legislations and regulations. You will manage, on a task basis, disputes within the LAT (Licence Appeal Tribunal). You must be detail oriented, exhibit effective communication skills along with strong problem solving and negotiation abilities. As a Claims Representative III, you will utilize your expertise to provide mentoring and coaching throughout the Accident Benefit Department in support of staff development.
