Essential skills

• Contribute to enterprise technology initiatives aligned with business priorities while defining and communicating architectural standards, reusable design patterns, and technical guidelines.
• Evaluate existing IT systems, workflows, and internal processes to recommend enhancements or modernization strategies.
• Contribute to designing, implementing, and supporting IT systems and familiarity with ITIL, SDLC / Agile methods, and ITSM tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with messaging platforms (IBM MQ, Kafka), API / security environments, and AWS / serverless / OpenShift.
