Join our Order to Cash team as a Credit Controller!

Role Overview:

As an Order to Cash Specialist, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, overseeing the complete process from start to finish. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead critical activities that will advance your career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with our customers and vendors, serving as the primary financial contact point for our partners

• Contribute to internal reporting for Haleon stakeholders

• Collaborate with supporting departments - Customer Service, Logistics, Sale, Commercial and Tax team

• Exercise financial risk control over your assigned customer portfolio.

• Contribute to targets achievement within cash management, fiscal responsibilities, and compliance.

Your profile

Basic qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with foundational financial knowledge and some experience within to Order to Cash (O2C) area. You might be our perfect match if you have:

• A minimum of 18 months of experience in Order to Cash, Accounting, or Reporting departments.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Basic accounting knowledge.

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above).

• Competence in the Microsoft environment, particularly MS Excel and MS Teams.

Preferred qualifications:

The following attributes would be advantageous:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.

• Strong time management skills.

• Understanding of the end-to-end finance process.

• Remuneration: 7 670 PLN - 10 550 PLN gross/month, depending on the level of experience and competences.
