Job Description

As our Program Director you will :

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational priorities and OH@H contract requirements, ensuring a strong focus on client‑centred care and service excellence.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving system needs to maintain compliance and drive innovation in home care delivery.
• Oversee daily operations across nursing and PSW teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality, patient‑focused service delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, staffing levels, and patient flow.
• Support program managers and frontline leaders to meet all OH@H contractual obligations and KPIs, while orienting, coaching, and mentoring new supervisors to build leadership capability.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, including audits, risk mitigation, and corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution and learning from incidents, complaints, and risk issues.
• Provide clear direction and motivation to staff, fostering engagement, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement centered on exceptional client experience.
