Housing and Homelessness Administrative Student (SS.26.07)

Position Description :

• Assist in office administration, research and analysis as required for the Housing and Homelessness departments in the areas of : records management and retention, housing and homelessness policies and best practices.
• Provide program preparation support and update forms and databases.
• Monitoring and updating website materials.
• Compile statistical information and analysis with respect to Housing and Homelessness data reporting.
• Assist with updating records retention schedules, migration of records, scanning projects and organization of physical records.
• Assist with mail services and assistance with internal courier distribution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Note :

Employment is conditional upon : attendance at all training sessions, submission of required documentation / certification, adherence to the minimum age requirements and ability to meet the employment term

At time of application must be enrolled in a post-secondary education institution or institution of higher learning.

Applicants must submit a criminal record check (dated within the last 3 months) from their local police service for approval prior to commencing employment

The duration of this contract will be approximately 4 months. Applicants are expected to fulfill the entire contract period commencing April 29, 2026, until August 28, 2026.
