Senior Structural Assembler

AAA Canada is currently looking for a Senior Structural Assembler in Victoria, B.C. to bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in aircraft structures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with thin aluminum components using a variety of tools and machinery. This role is essential in ensuring the high‑quality production of aircraft control surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Assemble new flight controls for the DHC‑6 aircraft.
• Perform riveting, dimpling, cutting, shearing, and sealant application.
• Use a range of hand and power tools such as rivet guns, squeezers, dimplers, shears, and sanders.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and detailed work instructions.
• Conduct inspections to verify product quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety protocols.
