About the Role
The Health Care Aide (HCA) reports to the Director of Care and/ordesignate and provides person served holistic and quality care. The HCA at ourcommunities is an integral member of the team, performing their role inaccordance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining therights of residents and ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity.
