Orko Media est une agence marketing et un studio de contenu social-first basé à Montréal.

Nous aidons des entrepreneurs, courtiers immobiliers et dirigeants à bâtir leur notoriété, leur crédibilité et leur croissance grâce à du contenu vidéo performant.

On ne fait pas du contenu moyen.

On construit des standards, des systèmes et des résultats.

Tes montages seront vus par des milliers — parfois des millions — de personnes chaque semaine.

En tant que monteur

se vidéo créatif
ve chez Orko Media , tu es responsable de livrer des montages propres, efficaces et adaptés aux plateformes sociales, tout en respectant les délais et les standards de qualité.

Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les producteurs, stratèges, podcasters et créatifs du studio. Ce rôle demande quelqu’un de rapide, rigoureux et autonome, sans compromis sur la qualité.

Prendre en charge le montage vidéo, les animations simples et le nettoyage audio

Monter du contenu court (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) et du contenu long (podcasts, YouTube, entrevues)

Comprendre les différences entre contenu narratif, éducatif et orienté conversion

Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité (rythme, sous-titres, cadrage, formats par plateforme)

Collaborer avec les équipes créatives, stratégiques et de production

Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément sans perdre en précision

Structurer les fichiers de façon claire et professionnelle

Assurer la sauvegarde, le versionnage et l’organisation des projets

Livrer plusieurs versions d’un même montage selon les plateformes

Anticiper les blocages, respecter les échéanciers et livrer à temps

Rester à jour sur les tendances, outils et meilleures pratiques de montage

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

1 à 5 ans d’expérience en montage vidéo (agence, interne ou freelance)

Excellente maîtrise de Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects est un atout)

Très bonne compréhension du contenu social-first

Capacité à travailler vite dans un environnement exigeant

Bonne communication et ouverture aux feedbacks

À l’aise avec le travail en présentiel dans un studio
