### Exécuter d’autres tâches au besoin. Se déplacer à l’occasion.
### Promouvoir une culture d’apprentissage continue dans tout le cabinet.
### Animer des formations individuelles et en petit ou grand groupe.
### Animer des ateliers d’épanouissement personnel axés sur les compétences interpersonnelles et professionnelles, comme la communication, l’écoute active, la résolution de conflits et autres.
### Animer des formations technologiques pour aider les membres du cabinet à renforcer leur littératie numérique et à utiliser les outils et les systèmes efficacement.
### Annoncer les formations à venir aux membres du cabinet afin d’encourager la participation et l’engagement.
### Tenir à jour le calendrier de formation et faire le suivi des présences.
### Transmettre son expertise en ce qui a trait aux outils d’apprentissage en ligne, aux logiciels éducatifs et aux systèmes de formation.
### Mettre au point du matériel pédagogique, comme des plans de cours, des guides d’utilisation, des aide-mémoire et des vidéos pour les formations technologiques et les séances d’épanouissement personnel.
### S’assurer que la documentation et le matériel de référence sont à jour, exacts et accessibles.
### Attribuer et tenir à jour les parcours d’apprentissage dans le système de gestion de l’apprentissage (SGA).
### Établir et entretenir des relations dans différents groupes de pratique et différentes équipes des Services à l’entreprise.
### Contribuer au transfert des connaissances et à l’entraide au sein de l’équipe Apprentissage et perfectionnement et à l’échelle du cabinet.
### Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français.
### Baccalauréat, idéalement en enseignement ou dans un domaine connexe.
### Au moins cinq ans d’expérience en animation de séances d’épanouissement personnel (p. ex., communication, écoute active et résolution de conflits) et de formations technologiques, et capacité à apprendre rapidement du contenu et à l’enseigner avec confiance.
### Connaissance approfondie de la suite Microsoft Office, des systèmes de gestion documentaire, de logiciels du domaine juridique et d’outils d’IA standard et générative.
### Expérience éprouvée en conception et en présentation de programmes d’apprentissage (virtuellement, en personne ou les deux).
### Engagement démontré à se tenir au fait des pratiques optimales et innovations propres au domaine de l’apprentissage et du perfectionnement.
### Expérience pour ce qui est de donner de la formation en personne et virtuellement à des participant
es dispersés sur le territoire.
### Maîtrise d’un large éventail de technologies pédagogiques, notamment de systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage en entreprise (SGA).
### Capacité à créer et à présenter des formations expérientielles et orientées apprenant
e.
### Intérêt à l’égard des tendances du domaine de l’apprentissage et du secteur juridique.
### Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
### Capacité à interpréter des données pour améliorer les programmes d’apprentissage.

Qualifications & Experience
### Fluency in English and French is required.
### Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or a related field.
### Minimum of five (5) years’ experience delivering both people development sessions (e.g., communication, active listening, conflict resolution) and technology training, with the ability to quickly learn existing content and begin facilitating with confidence.
### Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, legal-specific software, and AI and generative AI tools.
### Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs across various modalities (e.g., virtual, in-person, blended).
### Demonstrated commitment to staying current with best practices and innovations in learning and development.
### Skilled in facilitating both virtual and instructor-led training across geographically dispersed teams.
### Proficient in using a wide range of educational and instructional technologies, including enterprise-level Learning Management Systems (LMS).
### Experience using experiential and learner-centric approaches in training design and delivery.
### Interest in staying informed about trends in both the learning and legal industries.
### Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
### Ability to interpret learning data to support program improvements.
### Experience designing engaging learning activities and materials.
### Excellent time management and organizational skills.
### Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
### Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of diplomacy and professionalism.
### Understanding of inclusive learning principles and ability to design content that reflects diverse perspectives and learning needs.
### Experience developing training materials such as guides and job aids.
### Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is an asset.### Contract Type : 18-month term. Schedule : Part-time (3 days per week)### ### The Specialist, Learning and Development plays a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences across multiple formats. This includes facilitating courses, creating instructional content, ensuring accurate course reporting, and applying subject matter expertise in learning and development to assigned initiatives.### As a key member of the Learning and Development team, the Learning Specialist contributes to building a culture of continuous learning across the firm. The team is responsible for enhancing digital literacy by equipping firm members with the skills to effectively use the firm’s technology, and for delivering leadership and people development programs tailored to Business Services, Paraprofessionals and Legal Support Services.### ##

### Support a culture of continuous learning across the firm.
### Facilitate learning sessions, including one-on-one coaching and group training for small to large audiences.
### Facilitate people development sessions focused on human skills, such as communication, active listening, conflict resolution, and other interpersonal and workplace effectiveness topics.
### Teach technology sessions that help firm members build digital literacy and effectively use the firm’s tools and systems.
### Communicate upcoming learning initiatives to firm members to encourage participation and engagement.
### Maintain course scheduling and attendance.
### Demonstrate expertise in eLearning tools, educational software, and learning systems.
### Design and develop instructional materials such as lesson plans, user guides, job aids, and videos for both technology and people development training.
### Ensure documentation and reference materials are current, accurate, and accessible.
### Support the assignment and maintenance of learning paths within the Learning Management System (LMS).
