Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Managers & staff
• Develop/retain key talent
• Collaborate with Sales Manager & GM on key accounts
• Execute branch business, sales & marketing plans
• Manage annual goals/budgets, branch reputation, values & vision
• Manage staffing & employee development
• Build/maintain relationships with internal/external partners
• Oversee branch maintenance, security & appearance

Qualifications

• Education in Business, Marketing or related field; education/experience may be considered
• 3+ years management experience in increasingly responsible roles
• Exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills
• In‑depth knowledge of ag industry, John Deere/competitive products
• Willingness to work flexible hours & travel as needed
• Valid driver's license
