Alteo is looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer for a permanent position based in Montreal.

Hybrid : 6 days in the office per month

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will participate in the development of web applications and contribute to the digital transformation of a large-scale platform.

Responsibilities :

Develop Front-End (70%) and Back-End (30%) web applications, ensuring seamless integration of components.

Collaborate with design teams to create responsive user interfaces.

Identify and communicate improvements to be made to the application.

Analyze and estimate the feasibility and complexity of team efforts.

Work closely with DevOps teams and cloud engineers to ensure seamless and efficient integration of developed applications.

Use and adjust continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines to automate development processes.

Integrate APIs and third-party services to add functionality to applications.

Monitor and maintain applications in production, resolving issues and optimizing performance.

Implement automated tests covering critical features to ensure code robustness and reliability, while maintaining a high level of quality in deliveries.

Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

Participate in code reviews and regression testing to maintain high standards of quality.

Actively participate in Agile sessions within the SAFe framework, ensuring that identity management solutions integrate seamlessly with iterations and the product development cycle.

Work closely with development, design, product, and project management teams with a product-oriented mindset.

Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

Participate in retrospectives and planning sessions to continuously improve processes and practices.

Engage in training and certifications to stay up to date with new technologies and best practices.

Profile :

DEC / BAC in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in web application development.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

Strong knowledge of at least one object-oriented language used in enterprise environments, such as C#, Java, or PHP.

Experience with Git and other collaboration tools.

Good knowledge of modern front-end environments (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).

Good knowledge of modern back-end environments (.Net, Spring, NextJS, etc.).

Good knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, etc.).

Experience using continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD) tools.

Experience in an Agile SAFe environment (an asset).

Team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently with a focus on quality.

Alteo est à la recherche d'un Développeur Web Full-Stack pour un poste permanent basé à Montréal.

Hybride : 6 jours au bureau / mois

Au sein d'une équipe multi-disciplinaire, vous participerez au développement d'applications Web et contribuerez à la transformation numérique d'une plateforme d'envergure.

Responsabilités :

Développer des applications web Front-End (70%) et Back-End (30%), en garantissant une intégration fluide des composantes.

Collaborer avec les équipes de conception pour créer des interfaces utilisateur réactives.

Identifier et communiquer les améliorations à apporter à l’application.

Analyser et estimer la faisabilité et la complexité des efforts en équipe.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes DevOps et les ingénieurs infonuagique (Cloud) afin d'assurer une intégration homogène et efficace des applications développées.

Utiliser et ajuster des pipelines d'intégration continue et de déploiement continu (CI / CD) afin d'automatiser les processus de développement.

Intégrer des API et des services tiers pour ajouter des fonctionnalités aux applications.

Surveiller et maintenir les applications en production, en résolvant les problèmes et en optimisant les performances.

Implémenter des tests automatisés couvrant les fonctionnalités critiques pour assurer la robustesse et la fiabilité du code, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité dans les livraisons.

Écrire et exécuter des tests unitaires, d'intégration et de bout en bout pour garantir la qualité du code.

Participer aux revues de code et aux tests de régression pour maintenir des standards élevés de qualité.

Participer activement aux séances Agile dans le cadre SAFe, en veillant à ce que les solutions de gestion des identités s’intègrent parfaitement aux itérations et au cycle de développement des produits.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, de conception, de produit et de gestion de projet avec une mentalité orientée produit.

Communiquer efficacement les progrès, les défis et les solutions aux parties prenantes.

Participer à des rétrospectives et à des sessions de planification pour améliorer continuellement les processus et les pratiques.

S'engager dans des formations et des certifications pour rester à jour avec les nouvelles technologies et les meilleures pratiques.

Profil :

DEC / BAC en TI, Génie lociel ou l'équivalent.

5+ années d'expérience en développement d'applications Web.

Solides connaissances de JavaScript, CSS et HTML.

Solides connaissances d’au moins un langage orienté objet utilisé dans les environnements d’entreprise, tel que C#, Java ou PHP.

Expérience avec Git et autres outils de collaboration.

Bonne connaissance des environnements front-end moderne (React, Angular, Vue, etc).

Bonne connaissance des environnements back-end moderne (.Net, spring, nextjs, etc).

Bonne connaissance des environnement infonuagiques (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, etc).

Expérience à utiliser des outils d’intégration et déploiement en continue (CI / CD).

Expérience en environnement Agile SAFe (atout).

Joueur d'équipe, attitude positive.

Autonomie de travail, esprit orienté vers la qualité.
