Perform daily reviews of MRP requirements and collaborate with suppliers to establish optimal quantities, delivery schedules, and shipping methods; Manage supplier performance issues, including quality concerns, delivery delays, and service gaps; Identify solutions to supply‑chain challenges such as budget constraints, lead‑time changes, vendor errors, or material shortages; Review and track all outstanding purchase orders; follow up on discrepancies and ensure accurate fulfillment; Coordinate material transfers from third‑party warehouses to Company's main facility in a timely and cost‑effective manner; Review monthly demand forecasts and initiate blanket orders for long‑lead components (PCBs, relays, connectors, harness components, etc.); Obtain and analyze monthly inventory reports from key suppliers to maintain accurate visibility of stock levels and WIP; Seek continuous‑improvement opportunities and cost‑reduction initiatives within the procurement cycle; Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Business Development teams to understand material requirements and support new‑product introduction (NPI); Contribute to departmental and organizational objectives as a collaborative member of the operations team. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other high‑reliability industrial environments; Experience with ERP systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis); Good negotiation, supplier‑management, and communication skills; Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems in a fast‑paced, engineering‑driven environment; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
