Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.

Reporting to the Control Centre, Team Lead, the Resource Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks for workforce planning. This position involves working independently and as part of a team, exercising judgment, initiative and multi-tasking skills.

What You'll Do Here:

• Coordinate, update, and maintain technician schedules.
• Assist with technician onboarding procedures.
• Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
• Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations.
• Maintain and organize document files.
• Assists other staff in office duties as required.
• Performs such other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
• Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service.
• Experience in an administrative/dispatch capacity considered an asset.
• Strong telephone etiquette and dispatching experience is an asset.
