This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and growing real skillsnot just punching a clock.

Available Roles

Were hiring for multiple positions. During the application, youll choose which role youre most interested in - either lawn or garden crew:

• Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader / Foreman
• Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand
• Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
  

What Youll Be Doing

Main Season (AprilNovember)

• Lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging
• Garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, planting, mulching
• Seasonal planting and property enhancements
• Operating landscaping equipment safely
• Working on high-end residential properties
• Communicating professionally with teammates and clients
• Crew Leaders: helping plan the day and supporting the crew

Seasonal Work (NovemberDecember & March)

• Installing and removing professional Christmas light displays
• Working safely and efficiently while maintaining Landmark quality standards

Winter Layoff (JanuaryFebruary)

• Eligible for Employment Insurance (EI)
• Employer top-up pay available during the layoff period

What Were Looking For

• Experience in gardening, lawn care, or property maintenance is an asset (but not required)
• Leadership experience is a plus for Crew Leader roles
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather
• Valid G drivers license (required)
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
