Job descriptionRecruter des personnes talentueuses et les récompenser lorsqu'elles se distinguent. Veiller à ce que les protocoles de santé et sécurité soient suivis; connaître les codes de santé et de salubrité alimentaire locaux et nationaux. Tenir des dossiers commerciaux et les analyser en vue d'accroître les ventes. Repérer les clients potentiels et communiquer avec eux pour promouvoir les ventes. Soutenir les initiatives de marketing locales et nationales; faire en sorte que le restaurant soit prêt à tous les niveaux au début d'un nouveau cycle de marketing. Planifier les événements spéciaux et les promotions. Rabais liés aux partenariats de la marque Possibilité d'obtenir une bourse d'études Possibilité d'obtenir des crédits de cours universitaires Acquisition d'une expérience pratique dans le secteur de la restauration Éducation : diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent, diplôme collégial préférable. Expérience : minimum de deux ans dans un restaurant; expérience de supervision et de formation du personnel. Compétences essentielles : Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et capacité à traiter avec les membres de l'équipe à tous les niveaux. Connaissance de l’informatique, une nécessité. Sur le plan physique : Capacité à travailler dans tout secteur du restaurant selon les besoins et d'utiliser un terminal de point de vente ou une caisse enregistreuse informatisés. Ce poste exige de se plier, de rester debout et de marcher tout au long de la journée. Le candidat doit pouvoir soulever fréquemment un poids de 4,5 kg (10 lb) et, occasionnellement, de 13,6 kg (30 lb). Formation sur vos rôles et responsabilités. Disponibilité de postes à temps plein ou à temps partiel le jour, le soir ou la fin de semaine varie d'un restaurant à l'autre.
Responsabilités principales
- Offrir une excellente expérience client.
- Faire en sorte que des aliments de grande qualité soient préparés et servis.
- Maintenir le restaurant fonctionnel, propre et beau.
- Gérer l'inventaire et les systèmes de gestion de l'argent.
- Coordonner les initiatives de marketing locales, y compris l'engagement communautaire.
- Recruter du personnel. Maintenir les normes de santé et sécurité du restaurant.
- Faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe.
