Inside Sales Manager Opportunity in Montreal!

Main tasks of the Inside Sales Manager :

  • Maintains and reinforces the corporate sales strategy and design with the Inside Sales Team
  • Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions
  • Communicates to and works with the Market Area Sales Manager to help resolve unique customer issues
  • Supervises activities of the Inside Sales Department
  • Ensures team members meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales, lead generation and contact productivity
  • Forecasts and recruits qualified candidates for available and / or upgraded Inside Sales Team positions
  • Develops and executes ongoing training that provides both formal training and informal coaching sessions to all Inside Sales Representatives
  • Encourages feedback and is available to answer questions, provide direction and / or offer assistance when needed
  • Updates all Inside Sales Representative reference material as appropriate
  • Participates in training and coaching the Inside Sales staff
  • Assists in the communication and maintenance of the Market Area's pricing and service strategies
  • Sets up and maintains accurate customer records for all customer interactions (prospect data, contracts, orders and service machine documentation)
  • Works with the Market Area Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to up sell and cross sell to customers via outbound calls
  • Communicates goals to Inside Sales Representatives and arranges for proper training
  • Direct supervision of 10 full-time employees, including : Inside Sales Supervisor & Account Executives
  • Indirect supervision of 10 full-time employees, including : Account Associates
  • All other related tasks

Requirements for the Inside Sales Manager position :

  • Bachelor's degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in business-to-business sales management, plus three years in direct business-to-business sales (in addition to education experience)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Bilingual (French and English)

    Responsable des Ventes Internes à Montréal!

    Principales tâches du Responsable des Ventes Internes :

  • Maintient et renforce la stratégie de vente de l’entreprise avec l’équipe des ventes internes
  • Établit et maintient un haut niveau de satisfaction client pour toutes les transactions commerciales
  • Communique avec le Responsable des Ventes de la Zone Marché afin de résoudre les problèmes clients spécifiques
  • Supervise les activités du département des ventes internes
  • Veille à ce que les membres de l’équipe atteignent ou dépassent les objectifs d’appels commerciaux (ventes, génération de leads, productivité des contacts)
  • Prévoit et recrute des candidats qualifiés pour les postes vacants ou à pourvoir dans l’équipe des ventes internes
  • Développe et met en œuvre des formations continues, formelles et informelles, pour tous les représentants des ventes internes
  • Encourage les retours d'information et se rend disponible pour répondre aux questions, donner des directives et offrir de l’assistance si nécessaire
  • Met à jour la documentation de référence destinée aux représentants des ventes internes, selon les besoins
  • Participe à la formation et à l'encadrement du personnel des ventes internes
  • Contribue à la communication et au maintien des stratégies tarifaires et de service de la Zone Marché
  • Met en place et maintient des dossiers clients précis pour toutes les interactions (données prospects, contrats, commandes, documentation sur les équipements de service)
  • Collabore avec le Responsable des Ventes de la Zone Marché pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente croisée et de montée en gamme par le biais d'appels sortants
  • Communique les objectifs aux représentants des ventes internes et veille à leur formation adéquate
  • Supervision directe de 10 employés à temps plein, dont un Superviseur des Ventes Internes et des Chargés de Comptes
  • Supervision indirecte de 10 employés à temps plein, dont des Associés aux Comptes
  • Toutes autres tâches connexess
  • Exigences pour le poste de Responsable des Ventes Internes :

  • Diplôme universitaire (accrédité) ou, à défaut, diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (GED accrédité) avec 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente
  • Minimum de trois ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion des ventes interentreprises, ainsi que trois ans d’expérience directe en vente interentreprises (en plus de la formation académique)
  • Solides compétences en négociation
  • Bilingue (français et anglais)
