We are seeking aProgram Manager Lead planning and execution of complex and highly innovative engineering programs from concept through delivery, ensuring all projects meet timelines, budgets, and technical objectives.

As an Engineering Program Manager, youll be responsible for :

• Develop and manage detailed program schedules, risk assessments, and status reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including hardware, firmware, and test to align deliverables and dependencies.
• Support system integration and testing, ensuring high standards for product maturity, reliability, and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and cross-team collaboration.
• Interface with external vendors, manufacturing partners, and regulatory authorities as needed to support program success.
