Receptionist

Staffmax is helping our client hire a professional and friendly Receptionist for a 3-month contract. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping visitors' and clients’ first impressions and providing essential support to the office.

Contract Length : 3 Months

Location : Edmonton, AB

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean and professional
• Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as necessary
• Book meeting rooms and coordinate schedules as needed
• Provide administrative support such as data entry and document preparation
