You will bring an authentic, fun and energic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear. Key Responsibilities : Drive Sales & Build Relationships : Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Help new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs.

What We’re Looking For : Passion for Customer Service : Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.

Pay Range : 17.85 - 18.40 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and / or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
