You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Culinary Specialists to provide training and guidance to the kitchen staff, ensuring they meet our ambitious standards. Additionally, you will oversee P&L optimization and manage financial accountability for food costs, while also maintaining accurate inventory and financial reporting.
