Sustainability Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Analyst to take ownership of end-to-end ESG data collection and reporting for government and regulatory requirements. This contract opportunity plays a key role in supporting environmental compliance, sustainability transparency, and progress toward net-zero commitments.

You will lead execution of established ESG reporting processes, coordinate across multiple teams, and act as the primary point of contact for regulatory submissions and audits. This role combines analytical rigor, stakeholder collaboration, and a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with complex environmental data. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are confident engaging with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders alike. With a proactive mindset, you enjoy improving processes and ensuring reporting is both accurate and audit-ready.

Your Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental reporting, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience collecting, validating, and analyzing environmental data (e.g., water, waste, GHG / carbon emissions)
• Hands-on involvement with government or regulatory sustainability reporting
• Experience supporting environmental or sustainability audits
• Strong project management capabilities, including managing timelines and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail with well-developed documentation and data governance skills
