Job description

Overview

Java Developer role at Royal Cyber Inc. based out of Canada with IBM on their TD Bank engagement.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a fast-paced development environment on the Java stack (Java 8, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful API).
Collaborate in an Agile environment using JIRA, Confluence, Git Stash; participate in CI pipelines (Maven, Nexus, Jenkins).
Deliver high-quality software on time and on budget; be a self-starter and a strong team player.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Java development.

Experience with Java 8, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Experience with SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, RESTful APIs; solid data-structures knowledge.

Agile experience; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git Stash.

Experience with continuous integration tools (Maven, Nexus, Jenkins, Git Stash).

Based in Canada; engaged with IBM on a TD Bank engagement.

Credit card and adjudication experience would be a plus.

Compensation

Preferred cost point : 50 to 65 CAD / hr.
