Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support with BI reports leveraging data and analytics tools such as SAP BOBJ and/or, PowerBI, and/or Salesforce, etc. This is a HYBRID 1+ year contract role in Ottawa.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop Digital reports and dashboard solutions for a wide variety of business intelligence projects and write functional and technical specifications
• Understand and implement solutions in support of physical data models necessary to support business intelligence reporting
• Communicate directly with other BI team members to confirm requirements and clarify business rules
• Define and design the universe, BI Dashboards and Reports

Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of relevant Business Intelligence experience
• 4 years’ experience within a Defence, Intelligence or National Security domain establishing a BI strategy and governance model, connect business objects universe with CRM Dynamics, Dashboard development, Power BI support, and data services.

Education

MUST hold a degree or diploma or certification or in one of the following fields:

• Computer Science or Engineering, or an IT-related field.
• Certification in SAP Business Intelligence or Business Warehouse.
