Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all marketing activities for the Alltemp business, aligning closely with the U.S. Marketing team on new product launches and commercialization. Develops Canada-specific promotions, collateral, and digital assets to support the sales team in driving share growth.

Inter-Relationships

Regular interaction with Canadian Sales Team, U.S. Marketing Team, Customer Service, Executive Leadership Team, external vendors, and Canadian HVAC / R distributors to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Work Environment : This position works in an office setting with occasional visits to manufacturing and distribution sites across Europe. Regular use of office equipment including computers, phones, and printers.

Physical Demands : Sitting frequently, Talking frequently, Typing frequently, Hearing frequently, Standing occasionally, Walking rarely, Repetitive motions rarely.

Physical Work : Yes, 10-25 lbs (10-15%).

Travel Required : Yes, 0-15%.
