Mahler Machining is one of Western Canada’s leading manufacturers of precision-machined components. Family-owned for over 40 years, and are growing rapidly under new ownership since 2022.

We operate a modern, clean, climate-controlled shop with 20 high-end CNC machines and a 50+ person team across three shifts. Quality is central to everything we do – we’re ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified, supported by a dedicated quality department and CMM inspection capability.

About the Role

We’re hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join our experienced production team on the afternoon shift (4 x10s Monday to Thursday, 3 : 45pm – 1 : 45am)

This role is ideal for someone looking for steady full-time work, with a mechanical mindset, takes pride in accuracy and consistency, and wants to build a long-term career in machining.

Our work is primarily low-to-medium volume and high-mix, so no two days look exactly the same. You’ll be operating CNC turning and milling centres, checking parts against drawings, and contributing to a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Operating CNC turning and milling machining centers.
• Measuring, checking, and recording machined part dimensions against drawings and tolerances.
• Performing basic handwork such as deburring, cleaning, and polishing parts.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation and machine.
• Complete basic machine care and routine maintenance.
• Enter production and quality data into our ERP system (ProShop).
