Location and Salary

Jasper National Park, Jasper, Alberta; $69,062–$74,408 per year.

Eligibility

Persons employed or residing within 900 km radius of Jasper, Alberta, with legal status to work in Canada. Must be Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, schedules, and provides coaching / mentoring to up to 20 team members.
• Manages performance and conducts performance evaluations.
• Delivers visitor service operations to provide park visitors with opportunities to discover, appreciate, learn, and enjoy the natural and cultural resources of the park.
• Ensures visitor service operations support Parks Canada mandate and visitor experience objectives.
• Works in fast‑paced, variable environments; solves problems under pressure; leads team to success.
• Available to start work in Jasper in April 2025 and continue until late September / mid‑October.
