Make an impact with our ease Cloud Accounting Services team as Cloud Application Support. This diverse team of professionals are dedicated to exceeding clients’ unique needs within a rapidly evolving business and financial reporting landscape. As a trusted advisor, you’ll use cutting-edge technology to deliver a full suite of services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, financial reporting and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementations and convert client files from desktop applications (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50) to cloud accounting applications (e.g., QBO, Xero, Sage Business Cloud)
• Support chart of accounts mapping from the legacy system to the new application
• Identify data quality issues and errors, investigate discrepancies and discuss with onboarding team to develop resolutions
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve MNP’s cloud accounting integration methodology
• Work collaboratively with the ease Onboarding team to meet client requirements
• Monitor and manage support request inboxes
