Contracts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Analyst with 57 years of post-graduate experience or equivalent who is ready to take the next step in their career or currently performing a similar role in a comparable environment. This position requires strong contract management expertise attention to detail and the ability to influence stakeholders while ensuring compliance and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review procurement plans contracting strategies scopes of work specifications and draft RFP / RFT documents
• Perform day-to-day contract management activities including attending or chairing progress meetings monitoring schedules expediting deliverables and drafting change documents
• Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms conditions and regulatory requirements
• Track and validate payment requests manage accrual reporting and forecast contract spend
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documents correspondence and change orders
• Identify and escalate potential risks disputes or deviations from contract obligations
• Facilitate and negotiate changes claims and disputes as required
• Assist in designing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance vendor relationships and optimize contract spend
• Monitor analyze and report monthly expenditures across all contracts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will be required to travel to project sites occasionally.
