This position is Contract to Hire

MUST HAVE :

• 8 years of UX / UI experience in performance marketing lead generation or a similar data-driven environment
• Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
• Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing / prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A / B tests for CRO
• Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences

EXPERIENCE : 8 years of UX / UI experience within performance marketing lead generation or conversion rate optimization environments.
