Job descriptionInteract with customers by phone email and social medias to provide and process information in response to inquiries concerns and requests about products and services. Resolve customer complaints regarding defective items and arrange for these items to be returned. Understands all aspects of the companys policies and communicates and executes them effectively.
Qualifications :
- Constant improvement of processes and procedures by taking initiative
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Multi-Tasking organized and detail oriented
- Telephone skills
- Communication skills-verbal and written- French & English
- Listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Customer service orientation
- Minimum 2 year experience
