Terapro Construction, Case Construction dealer, is hiring a precision technology specialist (Machine Control / GPS) to support sales, service teams and customers in heavy construction. If you have a passion for construction equipment, technology, connecting with people and communicating technical information then this may be the position for you. If you know your way around heavy equipment, site designs/surveys, grade stakes, lasers, GPS and robotic total stations, telematics, sensors, and data analytics to track equipment health, optimize operations, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Technical support for precision technology and machine control; Presentation and demonstration of GPS / GNSS / GLONASS systems; Support for heavy construction equipment sales; Training teams on 2D / 3D systems, telematics, and automation; Installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of GPS systems on heavy equipment; After-sales technical support and customer follow-up; Customer integration with equipment monitoring platforms (MyCaseConstruction). Profile Degree in geomatics, civil engineering, or minimum 3 years of relevant experience; Experience in heavy construction or heavy equipment; Experience with machine control or construction GPS systems; Proficiency with surveying equipment (GNSS, total stations, robotic stations); Knowledge of CAD software and field software; Strong communication and customer service skills; Ability to work independently; French-English bilingualism to support the Francophone and Anglophone clientele of our branches located in Quebec and Ontario.
