About The Role

We are a wind energy field services company seeking a Site Materials Coordinator to support on-site construction operations by managing material flow, inventory, and logistics. This role ensures materials are ordered, received, stored, and distributed efficiently to support uninterrupted site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all material-related coordination
• Manage ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials on site
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate material and turnover records
• Coordinate with site management to forecast material needs and delivery schedules
• Oversee receiving and warehousing procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Liaise with local vendors or central warehouses to source materials as required

Qualifications

• Experience in material coordination, logistics, or site administration (construction or field environment preferred)
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment
