Neighbourly Pharmacy  is looking for a full-time pharmacist to join our Pine Pharmacy location, located in Pine Falls Manitoba.

  • Mon-Friday 9am-7pm Saturday 9 : 30am-5 : 30pm

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities :

The Pharmacist is responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy and actively contributes to an environment of

employee and customer engagement. The Pharmacist will play a key role in

achieving departmental excellence in the areas of patient focused care,

customer service and workflow efficiencies.

  • Focus on clinical services (, medication reviews, disease state management)
  • Initiate care plans, follow up and document
  • Administer vaccines
  • Determine appropriateness of drug therapy
  • Monitor medication adherence
  • Collect and document relevant patient, drug, and disease information
  • Recommend OTC products and vitamins
  • Answer questions from patients that require therapeutic knowledge, clinical analysis, or assessment
  • Supervise a pharmacy student or a provisional
  • pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities
  • Other duties as required

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience in Kroll
  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Must carry Smoking Cessation, Uncomplicated Cystis, SLC Minor Ailments, and Injection Certification as a minimum on his / her Manitoba CPHM license endorsements.
  • Must be willing to take the lead in the implementation of all cognitive and clinical service initiatives in the community - including but not limited to Covid vaccine clinics, Diabetes clinics, Med-Chek programs, Fight-the-Flu campaigns, etc
