Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES Have a thorough understanding of our culinary offerings and confidently describe each dish to guests. Assist with food running, ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and promptly. Stay on top of water service and proactively assist guests to ensure a seamless experience. Ensure polished plates, glassware, cutlery, and other essentials are always available for the team. Follow opening, closing, and all other standard operating procedures to maintain a smooth operation. Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure all guests needs are met efficiently and effectively. Ensure server stations are fully stocked and prepared for each service. Assist bartenders with any necessary tasks to ensure the bar runs smoothly. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming, representing the brand with professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS Exceptional hospitality, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and speed. Able to work long-standing shifts and perform physical tasks like lifting and pushing. Flexible to work full-time hours (4+ shifts per week), including Sunday and Monday availability, and evenings. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application.
