Education Coordinator - French Program

Part-Time Education Coordinator (French Program) Wanted

Join Oxford Learning Centres Inc. at Oxford Learning Burlington South . We are seeking a dynamic and motivated part‑time Education Coordinator to lead the development and growth of our French program using our proven curriculum. This role is essential to expanding the program while helping students find their path to a brighter academic future.

Job Details

Location : in‑person at Oxford Learning Burlington South . You must be able to commute to this location.
No relocation packages are available.
Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.
Applicants must reside in or within a short commute of the Burlington area.

Responsibilities

Help inform parents about Oxford Learning programs.

Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.

Set up and administer assessments.

Establish and oversee student learning programs.

Liaise with community members (schools, sports teams, local businesses).

Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss their child's progress.

Ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre.

Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily.

Effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching members of the team.

Qualifications

Minimum university degree (credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Linguistics, Math, or Business preferred).

Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and French.

Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset.

Experience in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies.

Experience in a business environment is an asset.

Experience with billing cycles required.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps).

Strong phone skills and experience in customer service; sales experience preferred.
