About the Role

Fairgrounds Pickleball Clubs is seeking an energetic, experienced, and community-focused Head Pickleball Professional to lead our on-court programming, coaching, and staff development. As the face of Fairgrounds, you will embody our mission of delivering exceptional pickleball experiences to players of all levels while building a welcoming and vibrant club culture.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Instruction (Approx. 1520 hrs / week)

• Deliver private lessons, group clinics, and specialized training sessions.
• Develop structured lesson / clinic plans for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
• Foster player development through hands-on coaching and clear feedback.

Programming & Events (Approx. 1012 hrs / week)

Leadership & Management (Approx. 810 hrs / week)

Community Engagement (Ongoing)
