Job Title: Licensed Millwright (433A)

Client: Leading Client of MM Management into Automotive Manufacturing

Shift: Afternoon Shift

Pay: $40 - $45 per hour (Shift Premium Included)

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Repair and replace defective parts, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Install new machinery and equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and machining tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Millwright (433A) license is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 to 5 year previous experience in a manufacturing industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all employee
• Proven experience working as a Millwright in an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Welding and fabrication skills are an asset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be available to work the afternoon shift in Mississauga.
