Job description

We're looking for a Project Manager for our client who is a global leader in high-performance digital imaging and semiconductor solutions. Their technology powers industries, science, and even space exploration.

What you'll do

Plan and launch new product development projects
Build and manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites
Track progress and report to senior management
Identify and resolve resource conflicts and risks
Manage scope changes and ensure business objectives are met
Support product deployment and early-life performance
Conduct project-specific performance reviews
Contribute to capacity planning, technology roadmaps, and process improvements
Prepare and lead NPI (New Product Introduction) transitions

What you need

A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree

Engineering degree or equivalent experience in imaging hardware / software

Strong leadership and communication skills

2+ years in product development under structured project management

PMP designation and knowledge of PMBOK

Experience with Microsoft Project and project management tools

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Willingness to travel for customer and vendor support

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP, NPI processes, and OEM business development

Location : Waterloo, ON - 4x a week onsite (1 day remotely)

Hours : 9-5pm
