Our client in the West Island is currently looking for a receptionist and administrative assistant with an amazing customer-service mindset and a positive attitude to join their team right away. Sitting at the reception desk, you will be responsible for answering calls, greeting visitors as well as performing other clerical tasks.

Experience as a receptionist
Experience working in customer service 1-2 years Handling high call volumes
Data Entry experience Bilingual English and French (spoken and written) Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
